Curious about some of the recent improvements to our vernal pools here at the park? Join us for a walk to observe some of these recently restored forest ponds, looking at habitat improvements and native plantings. We may even do some searching to check out what critters may be using these unique forest habitats!
The program will last about 1.5 hours, depending on weather conditions. Meet at the campground office, which can be found at the entrance to our campground along East Camping Area Road. This is a family-friendly program; children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting a little wet and muddy.
