Build your own rain barrel! Hook up your barrel to a drainpipe near your garden, and have a supply of water throughout the summer. Rain barrels also help the environment by decreasing Stormwater Runoff.

This workshop is designed for adult beginners; however, everyone is welcome. After learning about the benefits, we will break out the tools and put together the barrels. The barrel, adapter kit, and tools are provided for each family to take home one rain barrel. Cost is $10 per adult or $20 per family – Cash payable upon registration check-in at the workshop.

Meet at the maintenance building which is just south of Route 422 on McConnells Mill Road, 40°57'59.6"N 80°10'09.4"W. Dress for the weather, and you may wish to bring a lawn chair.
