Join the park educator for a guided walk and learn about pruning and releasing wild apple trees for wildlife. Topics will include why to prune, types of pruning cuts, pruning tools and insect/disease diagnostics. There will also be discussions on when to release wild apple trees from competing vegetation. Please wear appropriate footwear. We will meet at the parks nature center.
