DESCRIPTION:Join the park naturalist on a 7 mile loop hike starting at the 
 park office.  This hike is moderate to difficult\, with some steep hills a
 nd rocky sections.  Please come prepared with at least 2 liters of water\,
  a packed lunch\, and comfortable\, worn-in hiking boots.  Dress for the w
 eather.\n\nThis is not a hike for beginners.  If you are not confident tha
 t you can hike for 5 hours on rough terrain\, please consider one of our s
 horter guided hikes.\n\nThis hike will take us past two incredible scenic 
 overlooks\, a waterfall\, and a tableau with several oil derricks.\n\nFace
  masks are required for all park programming.  We will be maintaining soci
 al distance whenever possible.\n\nRegistration is required\, and spaces ar
