Coming from the region of the constellation Perseus, a show of falling stars should be visible for viewing, with the peak being in August!  Join us on the “Bridge” in the early morning darkness of Sunday, August 13, 2023 at 4 a.m. as this meteor shower falls from our sky over the Kinzua Bridge.

No prior sign-up is needed, just come prepared with bug spray, proper shoes and apparel. For everyone to keep their eyes adjusted to the dark, bring a flashlight with a red lens or use red cellophane over a regular flashlight (no cell phones). A lightweight folding chair to sit on or a blanket to lie on would be great to have as well.  If it is raining or cloudy, the program will be cancelled.
