Join local artist Lora Russell for a "Painting Winter Landscapes" class. All skill levels or first time painters are welcome.  Instruction and all art supplies are provided.  The adult class is limited to 20 participants and registration is required.  Cost is $15 payable at the class.  Details and meeting location will be emailed before the class.  For questions contact Patrick Adams at:  paadams@pa.gov
