REGISTRATION IS FULLThis coursewas developed to supply boaters with practical information so they can make better informed decisions on the water. Instructors provide students with information to help them reduce the risk of injury and conflict on the water. Course is free. Donations to Unionville Volunteer Fire Company appreciated. Bring own drinks and lunch if desired. Juveniles must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No one younger than 11. Please advise/request disability accommodations when signing up. No sign ups after 1/12/19. While the course is free, it is the attendees' responsibility to provide a check or money order, payable to the PFBC, in the amount of $10.00 (ten dollars) to cover the cost of the actual certification card. Boating Safety Education Certificates are required for all operators of personal watercraft, regardless of age, and for boat operators born after January 1, 1982 that operate motorboats of more than 25 horsepower. Students who successfully complete this course may apply for a Boating Safety Education Certificate issued by the Commission and good for a lifetime.
