Join us for an amazing new Educator Workshop all about PA Songbirds! PA Songbirds Cirriculum and Activity Guide comes with 40+ activities for K-8 teachers, pre-service teachers, homeschool educators, scout leaders, youth leaders, and non formal educators who like to engage children and teens in science and environment through the wonderful world of birds!  It is designed to use birds as a lens to introduce science and ecology concepts and investigate environmental issues.  Activities help educators to introduce birds and habitat, observe & classify birds, explore migration and research topics. 

Certified Teachers can earn up to 5.5 hours of Act 48 Credits.  Snacks and drinks provided. Participants should bring lunch, dress to go outside in long pants and hiking shoes, bring a notebook, pen, and water bottle.  Cost is $30 & must be prepaid by 6/25/2024.
