PA Reptiles & Amphibians

Do you know how to help a large snapping turtle cross the road? Can you identify our 3 venomous snakes in PA? How many different types of lizards occur in the state? If you don't know, visit the stage in the Shoaff's Mill Day Use Area of the park during this time to learn about some of the incredible reptiles that call the park home and how you can help their diminishing populations.

All ages are welcome, as are leashed, well behaved pets. If you need special accommodations or have questions or concerns, reach out to mewilt@pa.gov ahead of the program.
