Outdoor Meditation

Join guest presenter Richard Gosnell, certified Kripalu Outdoor Mindfulness Guide, at the Environmental Learning Classroom to spend time observing nature and learn outdoor meditation techniques for beginners.  We will also discuss the significance of the upcoming date of Groundhog Day and share some white pine needle tea at the end of the session.  Please dress for the weather.  Age appropriate:  children 12 and older (all minors must be accompanied by an adult).  Cost:  A donation of $10 is suggested.  Space is limited and registration is required.  For more information or to register, contact Emily Borcz at eborcz@pa.gov or (724)932-3142 ext. 106.
