Did you know that there are two seperate meteor showers in October? Join park staff for a short program about the upcoming Draconid and Orionid meteor showers. We will talk about what a meteor shower is, what causes one, and when to expect to see the most meteors during these two different meteor showers. 

This program is free, but space is limited to 20 participants, so registration is required. Register by clicking the green register button on this page. Details such as meeting location will be emailed to you after you register. Please make sure to register as a group if more than one person is coming with you.

Please dress for the weather, as we will be outside the entire time. Programs are weather permitting, and may be cancelled due to inclement weather including severe storms or due to low registration.
