Recharge and recenter yourself for the week ahead.
Join us for a nature immersion experience and walk through Nolde Forest. The term "shinrin-yoku", or “forest bathing” as many now call it, is a Japanese practice that encourages people to simply spend time in nature - no actual bathing required. During this Nurturing Through Nature program, participants will get the opportunity to awaken their senses, connect with the forest, and discover the depth of our unique relationship with Mother Nature.
*Bring a mat or blanket to use on during the program*
Questions regarding this program should be directed to Nolde Forest educator, Rebekah, at firstname.lastname@example.org
Programs are rain or shine but will be cancelled for severe weather. You will be contacted if the program is cancelled due to a severe weather forecast.
In order to comply with current PA and CDC Covid19 protocols, masks and registration are required for all participants (both adults and children). Spaces are limited, so please be sure you sign up by clicking the green box in the upper righthand corner. We will not be able to take walk up participants.
