 yths surrounding these mysterious patterns in the sky. Learn about park hi
 story\, current use\, and the importance of dark night skies.\n\nRegistrat
 ion encouraged\, but not required. Should we need to cancel or modify a pr
 ogram due to weather\, etc.\, we will email all registered participants. O
 ptional registration will open 45 days before the program. \n\nWhile you m
 ay still observe on your own at the park without attending a program\, all
  visitors should arrive before dark.\n\nPrograms occur at Night Sky Public
  Viewing Area. Park in the gravel lot and follow the walkway next to the r
 estrooms to the seating area. Since seating is limited\, you may want to b
 ring a chair and/or blanket.\n\nWe ask that park visitors please leave the
 ir pets at home. Dim lighting\, large crowds and sensitive equipment do no
 t create a pet-friendly environment.\n\nAll programs will be cancelled in 
 the event of rain or thunder.\n\nCheck the Clear Sky Chart or Astrospheric
