Glendale Nature Book Club

Each month the Nature Book Club will read through a nature-themed book together, and will meet once a week and discuss that week's reading. It is open to older children and adults, and you must provide your own copy of the book. Patronizing your local library is highly suggested! If you are having trouble or are unable to acquire a copy, please contact the information below.

The inaugural book will be "A Sand County Almanac, and Sketches Here and There" by Aldo Leopold. This "collection of essays advocate Leopold's idea of a "land ethic", or a responsible relationship existing between people and the land they inhabit" and is a must-read for any nature-lover.
