Join us for our first National Public Lands Day Event!  Did you know that a number of PA wildlife are dependent on open meadows?  Yet this young forest/meadows habitats are disappearing at an alarming rate! 

We need your help to remove invasive brush in our open meadows.   We will use loppers and hand pruners remove autumn olive/bush honey suckle and other methods to kill off the stumps.   This event will be geared for adults and teens, age 13 and up.  

We will be going into high grass areas, so volunteers will need to wear hiking shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirts, as well as bring water and work gloves if you have them.  If you have loppers or hand pruners, please bring them.   Preregistration is required.  Additional rules apply.
