Is it a plant, an animal, or something else entirely? Ohiopyle has very good habitat for mushrooms to grow. We will explore kingdom fungi and why it is so important to humans and eco-systems worldwide. We will then go in search of these amazing fungi in the forest. We will do our best to identify what we collect. We will start at the visitor center before heading over to the Ferncliff Peninsula to foray. Pre-registration is required for this program.
