As each day’s photoperiod shortens it is important to continue and remember just how crucial staying active is to your
physical and mental health! Even though the temperatures may be chilly, plan to get a healthy dose of nature, Vitamin D, and activity with the Park Naturalist! 

Meet the Park Naturalist at a different
location each of the first three Mondays in November for a quickly paced hike while having the opportunity to learn more about the local environment!
