As the sun sets, moths begin to make their rounds, commonly being found around different light sources, both natural and artificial. Join a park naturalist to learn about some of the moths that call the park home, and then head out into the field to collect as many different moths as you can. Moths will be identified and documented, and tallied throughout the summer to see which group can find the most amount of different moth species! Bring along a plastic container with a lid and a flashlight, and meet at the campground amphitheater. Some plastic containers will be available to borrow.
