Cooking sweet treats around your campfire is one of the most important camping traditions. But you can’t eat toasted marshmallows for every meal. Join NPS Ranger Andrew Dropik as he demonstrates the different ways to cook in the outdoors: from proper food storage and safety at your campsite to dishwashing and clean up on the go. He will focus on using different outdoor cooking equipment to make a variety of different meals from pizza to cake! Feel free to bring your dinner ingredients and join the Ranger after the program to cook a meal of your own at the amphitheater… or take your new knowledge back to your campsite for the night.
