Led by Robert Sarnoski (Mind Body Simple, LLC), the mindful walking meet-up promotes inner peace, focus, and connection with the surrounding environment. This unique occasion draws upon the principles of mindfulness meditation, encouraging participants to engage in deliberate and conscious walking, fostering a deeper connection with nature and appreciation for the present moment. Walking mindfully in nature is a great way to recharge your mind, improve mental well-being, and develop skills that can positively impact both personal and professional aspects of your life.

These short mindful walking meet-ups are intended as an abridged program for individuals who are new to the practice of mindfulness in nature or for anyone who wants to spend 30mins deepening their connection with nature. For a more comprehensive Forest Therapy Walk, please check our seasonal offerings that run at both half length (1.5hrs) and full length (3hrs).

These short introductory Meet-ups are scheduled on the first Sunday of every month in conjunction with the Nolde Mansion Open House (no walk/open house in July). Timing for these Meet-ups varies by month.

Stop by McConnell Hall at the main Mansion/EE Center parking lot to join us for a mindful walk during your weekend adventures!

No registration is required. This event is FREE

**This program is not intended for large groups. If you have a group of more than 5 people who would like to attend this style of program, please contact our office at noldeforestsp@pa.gov to schedule a private group program.**
