Bring the whole family and join the Park Naturalist to explore underwater communities and identify aquatic insects that call F.J. Sayers Lake home. We will use nets to catch the mighty macroinvertebrates that reside in the lake and will discuss why they’re important. Wear proper footwear such as water shoes, old sneakers, rain boots, muck boots, etc. as we will be near the water’s edge. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Russell P. Letterman Campground Amphitheater. Parking is available at the overflow lot near the entrance to the Sycamore Loop.
