Want to learn the basics of harvesting maple syrup? We will provide you with a crash course on how to identify maples, proper ways to tap the tree, and how to set up an at-home evaporator. Programs will start at 10am and may include the evaporation process, depending on weather and sap flow. We may go out and walk if the weather is nice. Check our Facebook page or the DCNR calendar for updates & program changes due to weather. This will be partially inside and partially outside, so dress for the weather!
