 n We Need to Know."\n\n \n\nScouts (ages 7-11) will participate in a two-h
 our program that explores the science and math behind making maple syrup! 
 The program will begin with an introduction on the wonder of trees followe
 d by staff guided\, outdoor\, hands-on activities that will unravel the my
 stery of turning sap to syrup. Maple products from a local producer will b
 e available in Jennings’ gift shop for optional purchases. This maple su
 garing program will be offered in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
 . Each participating scout will receive an embroidered patch.\n\n \n\nCub 
 Scout den leaders and Girl Scout troop leaders must pre-register their sco
 uts and all other participants for either the morning or afternoon session
 . Register to the right or by calling Jennings at 724-794-6011. If registe
 ring online\, be sure you are registering for either the AM or PM Session\
 , registering as a group\, and registering all leaders\, adults\, scouts a
 nd siblings who will be attending. Space is limited for this very popular 
 program! The program fee is $2.00 per person (scout leaders are free). Sco
 ut leaders will need to confirm and pre-pay for an accurate number of regi
 stered participants by March 3.  Payment form will be emailed soon after r
 egistering.  Registration is not complete until payment is received.\n\n \
 n\nIf you need an accommodation to participate in park activities due to a
  disability\, please contact the park you plan to visit. With at least thr
 ee days’ notice\, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearin
 g are available for educational programs.
