Plan on spending around an hour at the park to learn all about maple syrup production. Learn how that sweet sap goes from the tree to the table. Participants will also learn about the history and science behind the product. A variety of guest speakers will be on hand to discuss everything from maple syrup judging to selecting the best trees for tapping. Please dress for the weather.
