Making Kombucha and other Fermented Drinks with Andrea Santoro and the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance

In this hands-on session, we will make and take our own starter kombucha.  We will also see demonstrations and taste samples of butermilk and fizzy apple cider.  

Please bring a $10 materials fee.

  • Love apple cider? Learn how to turn cider from your favorite local orchard into a simple fizzy drink, taste some variations and how to create some of your own!
  • Buttermilk is easy to make whether you love this old fashioned beverage to drink or use in baking. Like yogurt, buttermilk's short fermentation turns milk into a tangy tasty treat ~ taste for yourself
