  the morning before the program.\n\nParticipants should be at least 6 years
  of age and physically able to paddle their own kayak. No experience is req
 uired. Basic equipment will be available to each visitor: kayak\, paddle PF
 D and whistle. You can bring your own life jacket if you wish.\n\nThere is
