Log Cabins of Chestnut

During the roaring 1920s Caledonia was an enclave community of urban people wanting to immerse themselves in nature. Mountain cabins were built, and they supported a theater playhouse, swimming pool, and golf course. We will do a three mile loop hike south of Caledonia and see many of these historic cabins. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water. Meet at the Blacksmith Shop.
