Take a leisurely guided 2 mile walk with the park naturalist to explore one of our best trails to view butterflies. We will start from the 534 Parking Lot across from the chapel at 9:00 am and complete a 2.0 mile loop of Hickory Run and Sand Springs Trails. Learn a little about butterflies and some of their host plants on this walk. Registration is required. Please use sunscreen and bug spray as needed. Hiking/close toed walking shoes and water is recommended.

Pre-registration is required and limited to 24 participants.  If multiple people are attending, please make sure to sign up as a group (including parents/guardians).

Program participants must bring a face covering or mask with them and have it in their possession during the program in case it’s needed for various reasons (when social distancing cannot be maintained, need to go indoors where masks are required, etc.)
