Nature and fellowship are a powerful combination for maintaining our health and well-being. This group walking program is designed to experience and explore the landscape and essence of the park. Tag along for a 1-mile walk through the Day Use Area while we socialize and promote wellness.

These walks will be led by DCNR Volunteer Nina Flanagan. As a clinical professor and nurse practitioner, leading this program combines Nina's love of the outdoors with her expertise in health and wellness.
