Join guest speaker Michele Miklos and park staff in a free beginner yoga class with a view!  We will be meeting at the Pleasant Valley Day Use Area, which is to the right of the Pleasant Valley Beach.  Learn some yoga basics, take part in a yoga class with a certified professional, and relax with a beautiful view of Lake Arthur.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but a towel works just as well!
