DESCRIPTION:Kayaking is a great way to explore your state parks\, but there
  are a few things to learn before your first trip on the water. This sessi
 on will cover the basics of flat-water kayaking\, followed by a paddle on 
 Lackawanna Lake. \n\nRecommended for ages 12 and up who have little to no 
 experience paddling. Kayaks\, paddles\, and PFDs provided\, or bring your 
 own.\n\nSpace and loaner equipment is limited. Pre-registration is require
