First-time kayakers are invited to come and learn how to paddle in this class for beginners. We will discuss the how-to’s of kayaking and paddling safety before hitting the water for an easy trip on the Halfway Lake. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. We have 5 park kayaks that are available to borrow and 4 spaces for those who wish to bring their own.
