Discover the Canal from a new, in-water vantage point. Take a gentle morning (10 AM - 12 PM) OR afternoon (1 PM - 3 PM) paddle on the Delaware Canal. Learn about the history of the canal and look for local wildlife during this relaxing paddle. The park provides life vests, paddles, and kayaks. A $10 per paddler donation to Delaware Canal State Park is requested.
Program cancels in the event of imminent thunderstorms or pouring rain.
Boaters may bring their own kayaks or canoes and personal floatation devices, or they may borrow the equipped kayaks that the State Park will have available. There will be 16 seats available on 12 single kayaks and 2 tandem kayaks. They will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
