Learn about and plant your own garden with educators from Tyler State Park and The Southampton Free Library!

Five Mondays at 1– 2 pm via Zoom

March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (+possible April in-person meeting at Tyler State Park)

Interactive STEM program for grades 3-5 (older students also welcome to register). Through five themed lessons students will engage in hands-on experimentation and observation using the scientific method, raise plants and create habitat elements while taking into consideration the specific needs of each organism.

• This is an online interactive program.
• Materials will be available for pick up in advance at the Southampton Free Library. Local pick-up only.

• Registration will open Feb 8.
• Registration is for all five dates. Each session builds upon the last.
• This program is targeted to students in grades 3-5.
• Some hands-on activities may require adult assistance.
