Join us for this exciting kick off event full of fishy fun for the whole family!  For the first time, the wild and scenic White Clay Creek is getting it's very own Junior Ranger Angler program!  Similar to the Junior Ranger programs at National Park Sites, this Junior Ranger Angler program will offer a booklet all about fishing with a special few pages specific to the White Clay Creek watershed.

At this kickoff event stations will include learning to cast and other hands-on activities led by park rangers and stream scientists.  After completion of your Junior Ranger Angler booklet, you can be sworn in as a Junior Ranger Angler and recieve a wooden badge!

Through partnership with Stroud Water Research Center, National Park Service, and DCNR, we are able to offer this program for the visitors at White Clay Creek Preserve.
