Introduction to Fishing

Always wanted to learn how to fish? This National Public Lands Day program is for families and individuals with little to no fishing experience. We will begin at the Hickory Run Visitor Center Classroom to learn the basics of fishing, then we’ll head down to the CCC Dam in the campground to catch some fish. The program is free, and all equipment is provided.

NOTE: The fishing license requirement is waived during the program for all participants.
