Are you new to kayaking and don't know where to begin? Come out and learn the basics of kayaking and what you need to know to recreate successfully at Memorial Lake State Park. Not only is kayaking a great way to stay active, but nothing beats the views and tranquility of an afternoon floating on the lake. Register by clicking the green register button. Must be 12 years and older and able to handle an adult kayak to join us. A $5 donation to Friends of Memorial Lake will be collected at the event. Those under 18 MUST be with a parent. We will meet near the Middle Lot pavilion.

Severe weather, such as snow, ice, storms, or heavy rains will cancel most programs. If you’d like, you can leave your number with us and we can notify you of changes.
