Explore Lackawanna State Park by joining us for a series of guided hikes.  Each Wednesday, we will walk different trails, as well as discuss the regional natural history. Hikes will be approximately 2 hours in length, and vary in terrain and difficulty. 

It is recommended to wear good hiking shoes and to bring water/snacks.  Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome.

• For the tenth hike in our series we will hike up Grouse Trail, at the end of which we can explore Big Bass and Bull Frog ponds.  On the return trip, Hemlocks will provide shade as we take the North Woods Trail back. Wear comfortable shoes and bring along some water. Distance is about a 2.5 mile loop.
