Join a naturalist at 9 a.m. on select weekdays for hikes of varying length and difficulty. This year’s series visits trails on our public lands including state parks, state forests, and state game lands. Come out to get some exercise, learn about the area’s natural history, and relax in the fresh air. Hikes are free and open to the public. Well-behaved and friendly leashed dogs are welcome

TRAIL: Lehigh Gorge Rail Trail
LENGTH: 4 miles                   TERRAIN: easiest
MEET: Glen Onoko Access, Lehigh Gorge State Park, near Jim Thorpe

Enjoy a stroll up the trail from the Glen Onoko Access at Lehigh Gorge State Park. We'll walk 2 miles up and turn around for a total of 4 miles.

Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring water.
