Hiking is a great way to improve both your physical & mental health! Join the park naturalist for a 2.5-mile hike along one of the park trails. This hike is rated moderate as the terrain is uneven & wet in some spots. Please bring a water bottle, wear sturdy shoes, & wear insect repellent/sunscreen if needed.
