Join the park naturalist for a nighttime paddle on Shawnee Lake. During our paddle we will make several stops to hear some mild ghost stories. Can you guess which ones are real and which are made up? You may just learn something new. Pre-Registration is required by 12:00 AM on Friday, October 17, 2025. If you are bringing your own kayak, you must still register, but please note that in the comments section when registering. You can register by clicking on the ‘register’ button on this page. Participants must be 12 years or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Bring a flashlight or headlamp and dress for the weather.
