Growing Up Wild Teacher Workshop Preregistration is required

Yellow Creek State Park is offering a professional development opportunity for formal and non-formal educators of students in preschool to 3rd grade. Educators will receive trainings on the curriculum Growing Up WILD: Exploring Nature with Young Children ages 3-7.   

Growing UP WILD is an award-winning early childhood education program that builds on children’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them.  

Three hours of Act 48 Credit are available. The course includes a curriculum guide and 3 hours of face to face instruction.   Registration is required, limited to 12 participants, by July 20, 2021. For more information contact Lisa Meadows at limeadows@pa.gov Cost is $15.00
