Celebrate Girls Scouts Love State Parks (GSLSP) Weekend by joining your DCNR Park Naturalist for a morning nature hike from 0900-1100 hrs. through Ridley Creek State Park. We will explore birds, trees, wildflowers and park history along the way, as well as covering related GSUSA badge requirements by request. Following the guided park nature hike, the Delaware Valley Orienteering Association (DVOA) will provide an introduction to orienteering class from 1100-1230 hrs. at Pavilion 8 (behind horse stables). Special GSLSP patches are available to order from your GSUSA council office for participating in program activities. Dress for the weather along with good walking shoes, water and snacks. Binoculars are a great  addition if you want to bring along. Registration not required.
