Join park staff for a short, fun walk to Lock 24 along the beautiful Lehigh River. Along the way, Girl Scouts will learn about the history of White Haven, Lehigh Gorge State Park, and the important role canal locks played in transportation long ago.

We’ll explore what a lock was, how it worked, and why it mattered to the communities along the river. This is a great chance for Girl Scouts to discover local history while enjoying the outdoors.

Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome to join the adventure!
