Join the park naturalist at the amphitheater to learn how to orient yourselves with a map and compass. Hunting season and fall leaf watching/hiking is fast approaching, I would not want you to get lost if you have no cellphone reception to find your way out of the woods.Learning how to read a compass is a great survival skill to have whileexploring different areas.  Compass and maps will be provided for the program while supplies last.
