Do you work with youth in the summer or during the year? Learn the skills to get them outdoors in this recreation workshop! These fun activities build off Rec 101 and are designed to aid educators with incorporating outdoor recreation into their lesson plans. Attendance at Rec 101 is not required to attend Rec 102.

• Orienteering & Shelter Building
• Fires and safety
• Campfire Cooking
• Outdoor Activities & Teambuilding
• Wildlife: Catching Critters Safely

Casual dress; be prepared for the weather. Open to formal and non-formal educators. This workshop would be helpful for:

• Teachers of summer youth
• Scout Leaders
• Camp Counselors
• Homeschool Leaders
• Youth Program Leaders
• PE Teachers
