Join park staff for visits to waterfalls, glacial history, and activities that rock! After meeting at the picnic area, we will hike to Kildoo Falls, the historic gristmill, and hike the trail to Alpha Falls. After a packed lunch, we will drive to Cheeseman Road for a hike to Breakneck Falls. Along the way, we will learn about the geologic processes that formed the Slippery Rock Gorge, a National Natural Landmark. Learning about rocks through some fun activities will be interspersed throughout the day. Bring a lunch, water, dress for the weather, and wear sturdy footwear. Ages ten and up.
