Geology and Landscapes of the Susquehanna Riverlands

The Susquehanna Riverlands are a unique landscape, take a walk with local geologist Jeri Jones as he guides you through the formation of the riverlands. 

This walk will be about 2 hours of easy walking and standing

This program will take place at the new Susquehanna Riverlands State Park, enter the park at the entrance 1 mile south of Codorus Creek on Furnace Rd. The entrance is at the intersection of Furnace rd and Forge Ln (River Farm Rd on Google) in Hellam Township, York County, there is a sign at this entrance. Follow Forge Ln about a mile to the parking lot on the left
