Join the park naturalist as we explore the unique and fun outdoor recreational activity called Geocaching. We will be searching for a few active "caches" along the beautiful Christman Trail. Participants are HIGHLY encouraged to download the free geocaching app from Geocaching.com, which can be found by going to either the Apple App Store or Google Play (Android) store located here:

Apple: Geocaching® on the App Store (apple.com)

Andriod: Geocaching® - Apps on Google Play

Participants will need to create an account in order to use the app, so follow the instructions on the app. For those without a smartphone, we do have a limited amount of handheld GPS devices that will be available for loan during the program. Participants should expect to cover about 3-3.5 miles during the program, over easy-to-moderate terrain. Participants should wear sturdy walking/hiking shoes, and bring water if desired. Rain will cancel the program. We will be meeting at the Wild Creek Trailhead for this program.
