Youth ages 13-18 are invited to join DCNR at Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center and Penn State Extension Master Watershed Steward Volunteers for the Future Master Watershed Steward Day Camp program! Youth will learn about the environment, water resources management, and complete a stream-side service project along the Bushkill Creek.

Youth will participate in science based activities that focus on local watersheds and waterways with plenty of opportunities to get hands-on and participate in field investigations. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and are eligible for 2 hours of service toward High School community service requirements.

Participants over the age of two who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a face mask to participate. All participants are required to maintain a safe social distance at all times during the program.

This camp is Tuesday, June 15th, Wednesday, June 16th, Thursday, June 17th, and Friday, June 18th from 1:30pm - 4:30pm each day. Registration required.
